Did you see the Engine Drop-Load, Smooth as silk by that seasoned operator-installer, He is just so fluid on the hoist, after a quarter million I guess you would have it down, LOL

...and the helping hands underneath the car,sure made him look good too.

As a line foreman you put your best guys on that job, same as fender set and body drop.
