----The day I visited Scuncio in 1969 the ZL1 was sitting at the far right on the showroom floor in this pic. The big door to get cars on the floor was right behind it and when I showed interest they backed it out. I don't remember the salesmans name, but he had to drive, and that didn't bother me. I had already owned a few very fast cars and I actually felt that this ZL! (bone stock) was a bit tepid. That along with the lack of bling (remember, I was 22 years dumb) I passed and layer bought my 69 350/396 4-speed Camaro and throughly enjoyed it!.....Bill S
