Caveat Emptor...scam?

Photos show VIN and body tags, and a re-stamped block. 124679N605811 Photos of the warranty folder show a different car, 124379N602589. Also appears to be the car pictured in the ad. 124379N602589 is a 72 E 713 SS-RS coupe, was on ebay June 2019. 124679N605811 is a 72 B 712 SS convert sold Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach 2008.

Norwood Trim Tag and Van Nuys engine stamp? Am I missing something? If Norwood built the vin should be stamped down by the oil filter, at least my 01B Z-28 is stamped there.
