Yes, it was a public road, but not used a lot. There were a couple of small ranches along there, but there was other access.
I don't have any full sized Chevys in this lot of photos. I haven't gone through everything though. It sure is bringing back memories though. I can smell that hot sagebrush right now. This place is just a couple of miles from the US/Canada border as the crow flies. North of Wenatchee Wa.
