Ford Built a Bonkers 900-HP Electric Mustang With a Six-Speed Manual for SEMA

Ford is going electric for SEMA this year with its freshly announced Mustang Lithium. The pony car is an all-electric one-off with over 900 horsepower and 1000 lb-ft of torque, a bunch of aftermarket add-ons, and a six-speed manual transmission.

The standard engine in the 1968 - 1970 Charger V8 was the 318-2V. For 1969 & 1970 there was a Charger Six which had the 225 Slant Six as the standard engine. These are very rare - only a few hundred were made (for both years).

The only optional engines were the 383-2V and the 383-4V for the Charger (V8 & Six).
