This 1993 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was delivered new to Ward Chevrolet in Columbia, Louisiana and is said to have been ordered by the owner of that dealership. The car reportedly was stored in a body shop and never registered, and the dealership eventually went out of business and the car was repossessed. The seller acquired the car from a bank in 2019 and has since driven it eight miles and replaced the fuel tank, fuel injectors, and battery. Now showing just 95 miles, the Corvette is finished in Ruby Red over a matching leather interior, and its 5.7-liter LT1 V8 sends power to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. The car came equipped with a limited-slip differential as well as a matching soft top, and optional equipment includes the 40th Anniversary Package, a hardtop, Selective Ride and Handling, a Delco/Bose sound system, air conditioning, and power seats. This C4 Corvette convertible has never been titled and is now offered in Louisiana on a bill of sale with its window sticker, a GM Certificate of Origin, and 40th Anniversary memorabilia.
