A few years back at Dream Cruise they say a tornado was by Normandy around 13 mile sat afternoon a huge storm blew through, I go up the next day to get shirts at half off, there were those pop up things everywhere all mangled. Scrappers were picking up loads of them. Lol

They've pretty much banned those things at most car shows up here, for good reason. I despise those things.

Anyone that's been to central and Northern Arizona knows we almost always have the wind blowing, sometimes light, but we have what they call dust devils all the time that kick up some serious wind. Mini little tornados if you will that are completely unpredictable. It'll grab pebbles off the ground, dirt and debri, and especially a pop up or a lawn chair and just toss it everywhere.

Last year with 3 cars shows in the area to choose from we decided to go to the only one that allowed those pop ups apparently. Sure enough a dust devil came through, grabbed a pop up and started tossing it all around the show cars. Of course it misses everyone until it ended up smashed into the front end of dad's GTO. I just finished painting it and it messed up the nose pretty good. The saddest part is how suddenly everyone that acts like your car buddy has no clue who owns the tent, no one claimed it. Talk about one pissed off old man, boy was he hot.

That Firebird show in Dayton is at a new location. The show field has an incline. A guy clocking his valve stems, ( jacking up the car and spinning the tires) rolled back into his chair, cooler, and the big sign he puts out. Luckily no one was parked behind him at the moment. Crushed his chair and cooler lmfao
