----When you call on these ask about header to steering box and steering shaft clearance. If there is a problem you will probably have it there. Also, now that Im thinking straight, ask about starter clearance as well. You may need to wrap the starter to keep the heat out. Nothing worse than going to a cruise and having the starter too hot to crank!!!......Bill S

I had a set of M/T Scavengers on my '67 L-78 Chevelle all I can vouch for is when capped thru the exhaust it sounded like ping-pong balls banging around in there. Had the L-88 cam maybe that was why, but sure made a cool sound at idle. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/[/img]
