cool car, '67's can be hard to value at times, they will pull what a guy thinks is fair money for what it is then a few will pop up and seem almost cheap but be decent cars..so then you figure crap the market is soft??
bottom line if its a solid RS/SS car with options and paper like this one there hard to come by, guys just dont let them go, a guy needs to crawl around this one and really determine if it really has not been touched all over before trying to put a number to it. ![]() it's a '67 ![]() ![]() |

If the paperwork has spoiler delete written on it I would be very skeptical on any of the paperwork. Spoilers weren't available at all so why would someone try to delete something that wasn't evn around yet ? The "caution fan" sticker ids a repo part for a Ford so be very careful because those are two big red flags against it being survivor like you are being told.

I was thinking that too.
How can you delete something that it never had in the first place? |

[ QUOTE ]
Saw the '67 today ....Owner has the original order sheet (can see where he ordered with stripe and spoiler delete) [/ QUOTE ] I agree with Charley; that tidbit and the @!#^%& "CAUTION - FAN" sticker would be immense red flags to me.

Only thing pops in my mind when the above mentioned "stripe and spoiler delete" was bouncing around the brain and then the picture under the hood popped up and all I could see was CAUTION FAN ,

I haven't seen the paperwork, and the guy I'm talking to hasn't seen the paperwork in at least 10 years, so my guess is that he just saw stripe delete. However, if it says spoiler delete, you're right, I should pass on this one.
However, lets say it all checks out, however - no evidence of any rust, all important original parts present, and solid paperwork - then what am I looking at for a price? What is the "you can't pass it up for that price" price? $30k? Thanks for the input, Scott

25K....probably can't pass it up. I'm not saying it isn't worth more, just that you can't pass it up.

Thanks, Charley. I have more cars than I have room for, so it would have to be a pretty good deal for me to want to pick this one up.

Should it not have a disc brake pedal?

The console gauges are just too "bright in color" they look like reproductions to me.
