Default Anyone consider giving me your thoughts on this?

Supposedly a 1971 Challenger R/T SE 340 factory auto, a/c car. I realize it is a real project, but a guy is looking to use it as a partial trade on one of my cars and I really don't know enough about these(especially in this condition) to come up with a fair value on it. I do not have interest in it in its present condition and will simply be looking to break even on moving it to someone that would be interested in it. Here is what the current owner had to tell me about it:

I have attached some photos of my Challenger. It is a true 340 RT car, but I do not have the data tag. Guy I got it from is still looking. Says he will find it but who knows. I only have a small block 727 trans for it, no motor, unless you want a 440 block and heads I have. This car is one of 1033 +/- 340 RTs. It has ac, power disc brakes, rear defrost and the SE trim. It does need rear quarters, inner and outter rear wheel wells (now repoped.). Overall it is solid, but need complete restoration. Grill is good, tail lights are good. Needs hood.

Any help that anyone is willing to provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
