How much is the house in sunny AZ?

We are building a new one so if anyone wants to retire to not always sunny Idaho I have a 2,100 sf detached shop and a 1,000 sf attached garage

The house is still forsale, he wants right around 1 Mill. Very nice place in Desert Hills (Very Nice Area, its not so busy and everything is new) just North of Phoenix.

Dont know what kind of Jeep he has, Im always to busy drooling over the cars to notice.
