I hope spring comes soon....PLEASE!

[/ QUOTE ]

yeah, no kidding!! I hear there is some "car coral" in Peconic on the north fork this sunday. The roads are salty, maybe snow coming, it's only 35 degrees but I might go !!
I can't stand winter. I told my son when he goes off to college next year I'll be packing and moving south.

Well, it appears Jerry has been booted. That's too bad, as the information he was willing to share is invaluable to some of us. His pictures from the old days too. If someone can say what it is all about, I would like to know. The few dealings I've had with him lead me think pretty highly of him.

Most of us could read betweeen the lines and understand where both of these two serious professionals were coming from.
From what I have witnessed on this great ground breaking website in the past, wintertime seems to be the most irritable time for many, and usually claims the most casualities.
I do hope this is just a cooling off period,(initiated by whomever),for both,so they can return to share their knowledge, pictures & exploits with us all again.
I did follow the topic that was deleted, but not daily so hope neither one of them ended up crossing the line near the end while I was away.

It appeared to me that Jerry was more into feathering his own nest (aka Camaro High Performance), whereas Brian was more so into sharing occasional info and pics.

I doubt if the SCW needs to advertise its business, as thier completed projects and customers, speak volumes of their quality.

What ever the case, the loss or potential loss of both these members is terrible news for this web site.

We can all hope for the best, urge them on with our well meaning comments.....but this is likely going to take some Jimmy Carter style mediation by someone to bring peace back.

Well I'll tell ya, if these two fellas are true professionals and Hobby enthusiasts they'll let this pass and play by the Hometeam rules....

I have the thread from Brian vs Jerry, but SYC deleted it I will not post it, but they were vicious and nasty. In my opinion some of the comments were true and false. If it was me I would not stick my head in the sand and I would stand my ground not leave the site.
