"C" missing in front of both the engine and axle suffixes. Huh! I didn't catch that! POP anomalies were pretty prolific. My '69 Chevelle has a mis type too.

Ah, i see. That makes sense. Yes, partial bs's are a hall mark of Framingham built cars (Pontiacs too) in '69 at least.
