Unless somebody buys it, I'm going back over tomorrow to see it one more time and make an offer.

The master is trivial compared the collective originality of the car. My old 37k original mile fathom green z had a 70 master when we bought it. Arbitrary.
Good luck mark! Nice find

That is one incredible find. If it is indeed the car from the ad at $84KUS, you can bet the dealer under consignment probably is after 20 - 25% (guessing) knowing that it is certainly rare to have an original owner with iron clad docs bring it in.
To a '69 Z afficionado, this car borders that holy grail status and is basically priceless. But, and I really hate to put it this way, in this depressed economy, I would think you would still be able to get it for $65K hard negotiated cash money, probably down from $95K it would have brought a few years ago. That is the business end, with the emotional end factored out. I would be prepared to walk away a couple times to get it for that, but there is risk involved with that approach. This is purely my opinion, nothing else, and is open to any debate and opposing opinions. |

It has to be close to where I am in Lexington and I've never heard or seen the car.
Where was it bought at? You better jump on it. Mike |

I've made an offer and it was turned down. I'm out.

In my opinion when you run across a car like this you pretty much have to go with what the owner wants for it. Usually if you make an offer you will be out.
