Maybe its a Yenko striped Douglas Copo? There are not many original owner Yenko cars not known by some of us on this site.

I understand the inability to believe the post when I got the word that he wanted to sell I was in disbelief myself...double checked what I had wrote down and it has 70k on the clock but I assure you this is a true yenko and just wanted to verify my evaluation of a $225,000+ price tag...Will not be posting vin but will cross reference with the list on this site...if all goes as planned I'll post pictures (and even the vin) after I purchase...thanks guys

How many of these one time posters have actually come through with their story?

Agreed. If the car's legit snap a picture and share. A simple picture won't reveal who owns it or where it's located.

If he thinks it's just a Camaro he wouldn't be asking 6 figures for the car. If he's asking $100,000 he certainly knows he has a rare car. Something just doesn't add up here. <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Originally Posted By: 1qwkss</div><div class="ubbcode-body">he's had it sitting in his garage for the last 15 years and just doesn't know what he's sitting on... </div></div>

That depends on whether or not the camera you use is GPS capable and whether or not the feature that imprints location info along with the picture has been turned off. I say <span style="font-weight: bold">don't post any pictures till the car is yours</span>. Better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks for the clarification. Either way if the guy is asking close to $100,000 I would believe he knows what he has. And for the sake of the hobby I hope what you're saying is true. I put the over/under at people who have either reached out to you either via email or inbox at 15. Good luck with the acquisition, Matt ;-)
