Probably.....just a guess here, but the owner's name is probably something like 'Larry Smith' hence the 'LS' letters on the license plate, and then then the '6' indicating a 6 cylinder. I think if it had a more formidable engine, the owner probably would have had the hood open.

Another GREAT weekend with some of my favorite people. And that ol' malibu got to stretch her legs later that evening. Rather than fight the crowd to get back to the hotel, Mr. Barnhart & I took an 'alternative route' via the bypass around Monmouth. I had almost forgotten how solid lifters and 4.10 gears sound at ............ well, ...... something above the 65 MPH Speed Limit.

Monmouth is such a fantastic venue, and the friends we get to see there make it a priceless experience. The Tibors, the Barnharts, the Schoenthalers, Cronkleton, Kenny & Patty Tatman, the guys from the Gateway Camaro Club including the Shockley family, Steve Blomfelter, Mike Steitz, Big Jim Hairston, the Jerseyville (IL) bunch ........... the list is seemingly endless. EVERYONE loves the place and it just seems to bring out the best in all who attend. It really makes your heart smile to look around at all the friends that we've been blessed with over the past few years.

Thanks for the pix Kwhizz, but more importantly, ....... THANKS for the friendship!
