Do have UV and Polarizing filters for the lenses and are they included?

Hi Howard, great question and no I do not. I never purchase them for this unit but they're all over Newegg.com and Amazon.com if you want to snatch them up?

So Dan which Canon did you buy?
I recently (6months) purchased a 60D with battery grips and a 18-135 lens. I've shot over 10,000 frames in 6 months.
Then picked up a used 50mm 1.8 Prime lens for $100. which acts as a 80mm on the crop sensor cameras.
I've got my eye on the 100-400L for sporting events and races...before the Masters next year for sure!

I debated between the Nikon and the Canon...
Canon won because of the quality and selection of Glass, their L lenses are weather/dust sealed and the photos are amazing.

FYI the 50mm 1.8 is a great value for a lens with quite a large aperature.
The 50mm 1.2 is the L series lens and is over $1000 unless you are shooting in LOW LOW light the 1.2 is difficult to justify.
*1.2 lets in more light than the human eye.
