Hahaha - at least it'll be easy to fix, just need Testors glue. Heres the real thing:

Model car. I used to build military dioramas for a local hobby shop. Lots of telltales there.

Didn't someone find and buy a split window in a backyard using google earth?? or was that a myth?

Back to this car... fooled me at first !! I chuckled when I realized it was a model !! Nice work !!

Well, I meant to come clean early this morning, but didn't make it to the computer before heading to the court house.

It really is the original engine. It really is locked up. Car really does have no rust. And, I really did buy it cheap.

But.... Brian and Stefano nailed it.... it is a model. I just couldn't wait until April 1 to post.

I hope everyone takes it in the spirit in which it was intended. Just trying to be funny.

My 20 year old step son looked at this post last night. All he could say was "you sir, are an a$$."

I said I was just being a smart a$$. He said, "No, more like a jackass."

If it is any consolation, I fooled Sherri first. Showed her those pics and told her I bought it. She just stood there stunned. No reply. At least I came clean with my wife right away.

Hey, those pictures were of better quality than some 'real' car eBay auctions I've seen!
