Agreed. A long time ago I saw a 71 Camaro that had been involved in a 100 mph head on. The collision separated every part of that car from every other part. It went to the junkyard in the bed of a pick up. |

I always say( as a fabricator) anything can be fixed, I'd like to see everything saved. Sometimes you just can't get the spirts out of some of those......not worth it!
Lol Woj, I vividly remember that 69! I looked at it for hours to try to find a reason to take it home. There was not one good part to salvage. BIG |

A 100 mph collision head on into what ?
If another car, then the speed at impact would be much greater. 2 cars head on at 50 mph each equals100 mph impact. 1 car at 100 & 1 at 50 equals 150 mph....impact. what ever, the car is junk....I doubt that camaro was at 100 mph ....unless it hit a guard rail or something else.

Reminds me of the low mile dusk blue '69 Z in a junkyard in Washington state some years ago, it was nearly new. It was crushed into the firewall/dash, looks like it hit a bridge abutment.
