A shout out of thanks to Bob Adams and CL for resolving this. Apparently, I did not connect my email information of my Paypal to my mailing address and Bob did not know who to send the decals to. NO FAULT on Bob's behalf. I am thankful it is resolved, thankful for the site and the great guys that make this a great site. B.
