First I've heard of this option too! My 68 SS396 is a bench seat with column shift as well.

Back in the 80's I couldn't figure out why my 68 RS/SS L35 had a Mustang Shifter in it.... then I bought the assembly manual... WOW bench seat, Floor Shift with TH400- Lemans Blue with Blue DLX bench, the car is in Maryland and the owner is a CRG member. I think Kurt has it in the DB. IF not I have the VIN around somewhere.
