I also just received the November issue of MCR. Great article on a very unique car. Glad to see this car is now owned by a person who is dedicated to the hobby and the history of the hi-performance cars built during the Golden Muscle Car Era. Congratulations, Joe & BKH

The price guide is not accurate in any way. I would love to find a few excellent Yenko's any year for that pricing. I also feel that this web site is a LOT stronger than a 3. What gives Casey?...BKH

I'm not sure what part of the country Eric Lawrence is referring to, but I would like to go there to find my $50k professionally restored '69 Yenko Camaro/Chevelle. Funny article!

Casey!!! What's with the 3star rating??? This site is the bomb.

I think it's GREAT too !!! My only *suggestion* is for some more facts. The facts can obviously be obtained from you guys through the message forum, but it would be neat for someone like me, that only has a passing knowledge of the details of the Supercars to be able to see some of those on-line.

For example: When I first got on this site, Marlin sent me an EXTENSIVE low-down on 70 Yenko Deuce's. That would be PERFECT to put under the Yenko facts section. I realize you guys are in a niche, in that there are a lot of folks that try to *clone* the Supercars, so maybe that's why ?? Not sure ?? Justa suggestion. But I do thoroughly enjoy my time and the knowledge I gain from this site.

Case.

Really great Car! But still haven't recieved my MCR magazine yet. I keep saying Seattle is so far away you'd think it was as distant as a foreign country or something. Also probably why no car magazine writers come here to do car articles either. The airfare alone would wipeout any profit they made from magazine sales. Actually I haven't encouraged any writers to come here either though.

So, Kevin, is Seattle where they have $50,000 Yenkos? What a negotiating tool, huh? "Well, Muscle Car Review says your car is worth only 50 thousand. Why are you asking 85?" Oh yeah, 85 might be low this week. I'm hearing asking prices in the 95 range this week. Well worth it, I might add.

Yep Mike, we can only get $50,000 for them here. We have to discount them heavily to get a buyer to put out the dollars to fly here to inspect the car with an Yenko expert; and then pay for a semi-truck to haul it solo by itself because no one else usually has cars coming or going this way. I think NW Yenko Jim's Duece that just sold, would've sold much sooner and easier if it were back in the Mid-section or East Coast. But I know what you're saying on the Magazine price guide. We've seen those kinds of inaccuracies for years.

I wonder if this car is the same one shown in this old magazine article. Look at the one that Dick is resting his hand on, page one.
