Default '69 L78 w/15x7's w/dog dishes in Camaro Classics

I saw this on the newsstand today. Its a PHR/Super Chevy Camaro special and one of the features is a Fathom Green '69 SS396 Camaro with Endura, cowl hood, the 9737 Sports Car suspension option with sway bars and 15x7" STEEL wheels with dog dishes and E 70 -15 Wide Treads. It also has delete everything, including most of the exterior brightwork. They don't really specify the paperwork, but it sounds like they have a build sheet. I've never heard/seen steel wheels used with the 9737 COPO, just Rallys. I have my doubts, but I never say never. Comments?

(interesting off-brand wheel trivia:
Here in Seattle there's a '64 1/2 Mustang convertible that was ordered with the rare early-'65-only 15" wheel option, usually seen on early 271HP K-code Mustangs, if seen at all. The kicker is that this one's a 6 cylinder, so they're 15x5" FOUR-LUG Kelsey Hayes wheels)
