Actually, yes, she's also a movie star - remember her in Grumpier Old Men? Burgess Merideth was chasing her around

Does any of your local part stores have Felpro gaskets?
If so part #'s 3092 thin, 3098 med, 3099 thick.
Sell's by the running foot 18" wide.

Steve,

Found what I need ,while I was walking through the Special Purpose Vehicle shop here today I walked by a rack that had 6 rolls of different types of Gasket material. Needless to say I have what I need now, but I would like to thank you for your offer to help out, along with all others that replied.

Jeff

Careful going through the McMaster Carr catalog, you will find many items you want, need and just have to have.I also used them for years before retirement,if they do not have it,or can't get it,you probably won't find it!

Jeff,no problem! It would have cost more to ship it halfway around the globe anyway.

Jeff,
Didn't our tax dollars pay for that gasket material? You can thank all the members for their generosity

Yes and No it was stuff a contractor had left when they lost the contract and the shop supervisor said he has been thinking of tossing it just the same. But ok MAHALO to all and to all a good night wait that line has already been used.

No if you want to see a lot of TAX $$$ wasted visit a DRMO site and see what is for sale in a GOV Surplus auction. I sent a never used pipe bender (Muffler) with about 60 different jigs up to 4" to the one in Barstow about 9 months ago. Again 7 each Leather and nylon flight jackets (new) were sent to the local DRMO site and I just had a shop turn in about 30 5/gal cans of MEK, all going to go to DRMO for resale. The pipe bender new was $8300 and went for just over $700..... I even tried to give it away here to the different public schools that have auto shops and though 2 said they wanted it none came to pick it up
