Charley:
Did you get the opportunity to hear it run? I met Matt at the Super Chevy Show this year in Atlanta and talked with him about the car. He fired it up for a minute or so, and lets just say that it drew some attention. It had no mufflers, only headers, so it sounded awesome! Matt took Dennis Barker for a ride in the Nova at the Year One grand opening. Nice to see those cars on the road.

I believe Matt's Nova is #50, the last one built. 15K miles, original everything. I've got a pic of it hear somewhere from the 1st Gibb show, just after it had been recovered from sitting for 25+ years, untouched. Matt can you give more details.

Turns out Don Stowers (I think his alias here is L72COPO) won the Bowtie category with a stunning score of 994 (out of 1000) for his 67Z. When they announced his award, they mistakenly announced 944. Attaboy, Don!

Wow, I missed some nice cars once again. I need to trade my back in for one with lower miles on it. It has been bothering me all year, but it got real bad Thursday night into Friday so I couldn't have made the 2-1/2 hour drive. I don't know if my JL8 will be done in time for next years show, but we'll see how close it is.
