Someone must have stamped that one extra hard that day!

Look on the passenger side of the motor in front of the head there is a little pad that sicks out... It should be about 1/2" X 3" or so. On that pad should be some letters and numbers, write down all that you see.. The car looks like it was driven hard, with the slapper bars, no power brakes, and a 4 speed SWEET.. Mark

I dont doubt it being a BB car but I just dont see anything on there that says NICKEY...

I am not near the car tonight so I will check tomorrow and see what I can find. What about the emblems and ideas on those. I am aware they could have maybe purchased them. Are they similar to the ones used on the Nickey cars?
Also does the vin# number tell you guys anything on the car?

Take a picture of the engine stamp on the front passenger side of the motor right in front of the head and also take one straight down showing the steering box and linkage...
