I'm not versed in 1967 buildsheets or trim tags, but others are..Typically "pilots" would have gone to execs or for engineering purposes...Might be a code or some writing on your tag that address this..can you post pics?

Greg,
He was refering to pilots in general,and most were built at the Flint plant,regardless of what the VIN plate showed..the exception being current models with only engine changes-which were built at normal assy plants.

Hey Mark,

I think I've heard that somewhere..lol j/k While Jim wrote that "pilots" went to Flint, it is possible the car was built at the plant as if a base convert, the 1967 body and subsequent car would have been essentially a carryover from 1966. Since no real signifcant changes from 1966 it is possbile it was built at the plant, although Flint is the better choice...Glad you are alive..sorry I didn't call and wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays..oh well..alittle belated..

If it has a cowl tag that says what plant it was built it, that's were it was built.
Flint did the early pre-production prototypes. Those would not be saleable units.
