Well, good luck on the T/As body. My 69 327 is in the shop too and the unexpected rust issues have lengthened the stay Oh well, it will be great when it is finished! Bruce agrees with you about the irocs, but he has to sell the 88 IROC convert and 93 Pace to lighten the load Wish I could buy the 88 and use as my daily driver.

Steve, it's sad to watch the values go up after you sell, but it beats watching the value of your car decrease AFTER you buy it.
I know of several Corvette owners who held out back in '89 and '90 for more $$, only to watch the bubble burst.
At least you can say that you owned these cars.

I just want to make sure that if I ever sell it that I sell it early enough before it's worth anything so I won't jeodardize my perfect losing streak.

steve, if youmade any money on them at the time and it alowed you to buy other cool cars along the way your good to go, would be frustrating to see the values go so high on you though. like the iroc, ive owned a few third gen cars and they make great drivers, same with the 5.0 mustangs, pick up a nice notchback cant believe the beating those things will take and come back for more.

For the most part I sold them for very little profit just to buy and build the next car in line. I sold the hemicuda ragtop because I got tired of looking at shaker hoods and wanted to go buy a Ferrari (Oh, the folly of my youth in the 1980's Miami Vice era) I then sold the Ferrari 6 months later and bought the '70 Charger R/T-SE hemi I still have today.
