Phils' standing at +4 & the lead going onto 18,only to pull it into the Hospitality tent with his Wild driver and finish the hole with a 6.
Why not Hit the true 4 wood then lay up safe!
A more sickening display of the wheels falling off,I can't recall.
Even Ogilvy was stunned.

HaHA, but what about Monty taking the 6 from the middle of the fairway! And Furyk lipping his putt! I can now go out and miss-hit drives, chips and putts and know that I am amoung the Elite!

That's golf....If you've played it....you understand! I've been play'n since age 5,it's the most mental game on the planet once your good at it.You believe you can do almost anything........Forever the optimist.Then the golf gods bring you back to reality!In a few years we won't even remember who won the Open....just that Phil lost it
