[/ QUOTE ] I know of some Studebaker guys via Pure Stock drag racing...Ted Harbit races a supercharged '64 Stude Lark owned by George Krem that the national Sude club refers to as "the Plain Brown Wrapper"...it's painted as it left the factory, though, but if *anyone* knew of an original Stude painted up as the race car above it would be Ted Harbit, who has been setting national records and racing Studes since the early '60s...anyway, Ted lives around the Muncie, IN, area if I'm not mistaken... |
