Default Re: Yet another kind of COPO Camaro?

This sounds like a good story...however, the engine code (H) in the VIN is for a 350 2bl auto car, which would make the 2.43 rear gear correct not special. Also the gauge cluster is from a newer Camaro (KPH on speedo and unleaded on fuel gauge). If those blue wheels were original they would be the often discussed gray/silver color not body color and they should have oval valve stem holes not the round ones they have. It may very well be a ex-Cop car but is it a COPO?
It would be nice to see the body plate and some paperwork would also shed some light. Having said all this, I think it is a excellent start for someone looking for a clean 2ND Gen body. If anyone else can shed any light on this I am all ears.
