Not 100% positive, but it looks like a repro to me. FYI, repros have yellowish 10th's numerals...right out of the box. You are right that there should be a paper tag or remnants of one on the back, especially one this clean. I also agree that you should be able to see the numbers from the backside if it was an original. Repro's sell for @ $175.
