No mention of original drivetrain. Car looks to have been ridden very hard and definitely put away WET. There is some sort of support bracket for a modified fuel tank/cell going between the leaf springs... or maybe its a rear sway bar? A car with a motor and drivetrain like this and 70K + miles will be hard pressed to make it this far with "everything" intact.
![]() ![]() All this aside, it will be a terrific car if it gets the resto it deserves. ![]()

I'd love to know what he paid for the POS. If I found that car I'd keep it. I love the color.

Frame boxes are rusted away. The $2,000,000 sale was a hemi ragtop at BJ last year. This guy is delusional and is obviously shill bidding pre-Barrett Jackson to get someone to buy it. Actual value is probably around $200,000 in its present condition. Great color combination of B7 blue and white interior but the car is going to need major $$$ invested. |

E Bait is out of control and in no way represents the real world. There is nothing in place to verify that any of the sales, buyers or sellers are for real. It would not surprise me if the person listing this car has interest in a similar vehicle being sold at an up coming real auction.

A buddy of mine just went and looked at an original owner 440 six barrel hardtop 70 Cuda recently. Beach area car and rusted beyond saving. The guys says: "I've had it all these years and its been stored inside. At Barrett Jackson these are going for a couple hundred thousand. All I want is $80,000." We told him that storing it inside, at a beach house, on concrete was about the same as storing it in a salt water tank. He still thought it was "Barrett Jackson quality!!??" To save that car you'd have to invest about $300,000 in the resto in order to get $200,000 for the car. The guy just didn't get it. The only that wasn't rusted through was the original window sticker.
