My old blue JL8 Z was sold new on 4-25-69 in L.A. with a plate YZU 128.

[/ QUOTE ] If you're playing DMV scrabble that's about about as great a plate for that car as one could hope to get-next to ZDZ 302. You know it's funny but I found an LA built hugger M-22 VE3 all original born in driveline documented black plate car in a bordering state-unfortunately I was caller # 57 on it for the day and the guy told me he pulled it because of the overwhelming response and thought he priced it too low. He said he would put me on the list if he did decide to sell it but there was one very sharp guy who beat me to the phone that he was enamored with and would give first right of refusal to. Wonder who that was?
