...just out of curiosity..what would be considered the 'holy grail'??

This would certainly have to be near the top of the list in the Chevrolet world:

I'd love to have one of Eric's carbs on my living room mantle just to look at. And one for a car too, of course!

Hi; I'm curious where that carb came from, I sold one just like it dated the same to a friend in NJ @ 2 years ago. It needed to be done but was as original as the day it was made. just wondering ???

I guess I'd have to agree with Eric. The early March 65 3310 is one of the rarest and most valuable of all Holleys. The photos don't do it justice, but look at it and remember who I trusted with it's resto. Want it done right? Quick? Eric.

Thnaks Dave.

BTW, the carb is on the way back to you as of this morning, you should have it by the end of the week at the latest.

Eric

p.s. you should've seen the look on the guys face at the post office when I told him how much insurance to put on it.

just out of curiosity..what would be considered the 'holy grail'?? Hard to think of anything better..perhaps the NOS Hemi 302 motor that Al Maynard had..but thats just a small block...Any ideas??

[/ QUOTE ]

For a Nova fan, I would say a 1969 L89 car with POP, window sticker and buildsheet....color doesn't matter, but red or black would be nice
