Despite a one hour rain delay, this was again one of my favorite shows of the year. The schedule conflicted with the Goodguys, but they are two different shows.
1000 cars, from a 1903 curved dash Oldsmobile to Mustangs and Lambo's with dealer tags on them. Several "Show within a Show" classes, as this is such a well organised event with the room for them, the Corvette, Porsche, AMC, Mustang, Buick and a few others were there in force, along with many other fine examples of automotive history. Too many to show. First off, the Friday night cruise in drew close to 1000 cars, but I was lucky enough to park next to Mark Hasset and his 1 of 3 Baldwin-Motion Phase III, L88 powered Camaro. With open headers, this car is LOUD, but despite not winning a 6 foot trophy Friday night, he did win a Blue ribbon on Saturday. Could not happen to a nicer guy. First off, Friday night. The only Baldwin-Motion and COPO cars at the show. ![]() ![]()
