That wait is nothing compered to SMS... but I'm willing to wait for the correct stuff. Actually, I am waiting right now.

If you send your interior out to be done in April, get in line with everyone else.
We finally get someone to make a good product at a fair price and you find something else to complain about.

I am extremely happy with my Legendary interior and think the guys who work there are tremendous.

How long is the wait Jim? It looks like I will start painting the ElCamino this week, and will need the interior in the next month or two. Should I order it now?

Bill,

You should have ordered yours at CB08....this is when I gave them the rear side panels for the 70 Convertible....and I just got them back 3 weeks ago. Good Luck!

Dan.

Jim,

One said that they were not nice guys, nor about the product and not even the price, I am upset with constantly being promised it will be done by such date....and have to wait weeks later. This is not the way to do business!

WOW! I did not send it out. I Delivered it there. I was told 4-6 weeks tops. It has been 4 months. I dont have any problem with waiting for a good product. I have a problem with being told a time frame and it taking way longer. I agree the people who work there are very nice. But I would have never stripped down my perfectly good driver seats and brought them there if I would have known it would take this long.

Also I had some other issues which I will not put out there that had nothing to do with time. If you knew the whole story you really would not think I was a complainer but a very patient and understanding client.

All I will need is the front door panels (no rears on Elkys) and the two bucket seat covers. I won't need the seat covers installed. Is there a long wait to just buy the door panels/bucket seat covers? Just curious, I will call on Tues. I'm in no big hurry. I really won't need the stuff, untill the rest of the car is finished, and that could be several months.....and when do they get paid? When the stuff in ordered, or when they send it to you? They aren't holding your money for 4 months, are they??

I didn't mean to get everyone so riled up. My only thought was, that if you order your interior at the beginning of the busiest time of the year you're going to get delays.

I ordered mine last summer and got it withing 8 weeks.

I had seen everyone's PUI interiors and heard all the complaints and was ecstatic to find out that Legendary was finally making Chevelle interiors!
