Peter, Anythings possible, but I rarely see these on cars built in 1970. See quite a few on the early cars built from August to December of 69. I also have the book of 70 TSB's and will have to look through it to see if I have the copy Greg has regarding the service complaint.

This clip was listed as removed from production on February 2. 1970 according to the Tech bulletin 70-T-33, Number XV, Dated June 23, 1970. However December is the latest I have observed on Novas.
My scanner is not hooked up but the part numbers are as follows: 3980183 - Nova 3980141 - Chevelle, Monte Carlo 3980146 - Chevrolet The recommended screw for Nova, Chevelle, and Monte Carlo is a 10-16 x 1/2" screw similar to 9419305. So looks like I need a different one than the Chevelle. Greg
