From what I was just told the car has been sold. I want to thank Mark for being a stand up guy but unfortunately I could not make a deal with the owner. Mark turned me on to the car when this was first posted and was kind enough to inspect the car for me. Here are a couple of photos that Mark sent me back in May. Sorry, there not that clear. From what I know the car is in nice solid shape but is missing its born with drive train...engine, trans and rear. Good luck to the new owner, I'm sure it will be nice when done.

I can't seem to get these photos any larger?

Congrats to the new owner . From the tiny pictures it looks like a lifelong drag car . I think i'll puke if I hear another drag car gets restored to original day one condition....

It appears as though the other thread on this car was locked after Charley asked that it be moved to the 'for sale' section with an asking price. Now it appears that it may have sold.
I think it's important to follow the site rules, including that you must be a member to advertise & also give some credit to the site if sold here.
So, with that in mind, the asking price according to an email I rec'd was 125K.

I would love to see some of these drag cars restored to their former glory! I agree with you Tommy!

Does anyone know who bought the car? I would really like to know who is the new owner, and where the car went(STATE). Thanks n.g.
