Ah, nice, one of my favorites.
These toured with the Rapid Transit Caravan? I think I've seen a pic of one with the Caravan, but it may have been both a new-car show (or dealership?) and the Caravan at the same place. |

I think they made 7 or 8 of them...all identical ....to debut at all the big auto shows like Detroit, Chicago etc. They were built just after the pilot cars were, on the first day of production. So....it may not be the same car you passed on.....this one was found in Texas and restored by Roger Gibson.
