There are 1968 Yenkos which have recently traded hands within range of that Ball park and some needing total restoration have sold for less..
Great Yenko Camaro, good luck with the sale. |

is there a point out there??? 500k for a car with a ghost population and that type of restoration coupled with high desiribilty ?. 500k is very fair. sooner or later they will keep heading to 7 figures. So thats my opinion . P.S i watched R.R from gas monkey pay 300K for a resto panatera at BGs. We could talk about that.??

When I look back over the last 30 years, then the last 20 years, at how much the value of these cars has increased ,and now with so many more millionaires in the world each year, I am sure these cars will be worth much more in 5-6 years,

15-20 years ago it was mostly enthusiasts along with some wealthy collectors and even some Multimillionaires who chased and owned Yenkos. Since then there have been numerous Multimillionaires and even several Billionaires who have entered into the arena and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I remember watching Barrett-Jackson back in 2005-06 and a '67 Yenko hammered for about 110K. The winner even looked a little astonished at getting the car for that price. I posted here that I thought that number was a little crazy and I got hammered for saying that. If you rolled that same car across the block today it'd be at least double the money if not triple or quadruple. You live and learn!
