Default Found 1969 Z/28 - - paint code X33 D80 Crossram

I have been looking for a crossram for my Z/28 and came across this car today It's been sitting for years with the front clip off of it with the dash plus the interior stripped, its missing the trans. but the rest of the car is rust free and is a roller. The trim tag shows the dash-dash paint code 712int 05D build date X33D80 trim. It is a heater detete car with tilt, comfort grip wheel, no power steering, deluxe interior with maybe a console. One of the weird things is it has no power brake booster for the disc brakes nor does it look like it ever had one. I can not tell what the original color might have been because the car was stripped of all of the original paint and primered. The motor is numbers matching and just redone, it is complete from the reproduction wide base air cleaner with reproduction carbs, GM crossram intake to the pan. The machine shop that built it, has a great reputation around this area and he has already been paid to install the motor and get it running, it has 12.5 to 1 compression and a whole bunch of neat stuff done to it. I am seeking advise is this worth following up on at $25,000 or is it too much money? All I realy wanted was the crossram for my other car Z/28.
