[ QUOTE ]
Anyone know that Courtney Hansen (Overhaulin) is the daughter if racing great Jerry Hansen. I saw Jerry Hansen race at Road America June Sprints all through the 70's in his big block Corvette, among other cars.

[/ QUOTE ]
From the Overhaulin' web site:
"Courtney grew up in the world of auto racing. Her father, Jerry Hansen, who once owned Brainerd International Raceway in Minnesota, attained 27 national SCCA titles during his career, making him one of the most successful drivers in history. No wonder Courtney is a car enthusiast. She also works as a spokesperson for Rolls-Royce Motor Car, Limited."

i keep watching american hotrod to see when charlie tells boyd hes leaving, should be soon. i caught the episode where he was working for foose, did you guys notice he had basically the whole boyd bodyshop with him, beetle bailey and the surfer, brian i think. if so boyd has no paint crew. i think dwayne the shop foreman get frustrated because he's working @ his intellectual maximum everyday, it took him all night to come up with a plan and when the plan changes he cant hack it.
if anyone saw the show that covered rad rides by troy shop you see how bad boyds guys are in comparison. boyd should get out of tv, the show is killing his rep and making his cars looks like sheet.

If I am not mistaken...the guy who ran the body shop at D&M Corvette in Downers Grove went out to work for Boyd...his name is Dan ...not positive though...he does some pretty slick paint & body..he built a 66 Nova black with red guts that Kenny Pascoe saw...unbelievable body...but the car got sold from Chicago and somehow wound up getting tubbed

Seems to me it would be difficult working in that type of enviroment at Boyds, about like working at Orange county choppers for Big Paul.Just to much DRAMA and Bullsh&%.I think most people prefer to work in a better type of enviroment,I know I would.I would be able to work for Paul or Dwayne for a day or so then we would have words that would not be pleasing to anyones ears!!

I thought that kind of abuse was only a New York thing.
Originaly from there, I have worked for my fair share of A-holes
with that screaming theory of 'fear will get the job done'.
Doesn't work for long, but they are all still in buisness,
so I guess something works (for the owners) at least.

"F" those guys, who the "F" do they think they are any "F'n" way?!
I don't have to take that "F!#@$%" "S!@#" from anyone, let alone that
Big Fat F!@#$% B!@#$% M!@#$% F!@#$%........

OOOOPS, sorry guys , flashbacks
