Linda is a sweetheart. She has charm, and an incredibly positive attitude.
Now that Oldsmobile is gone, Linda works some Pontiac shows. At a recent Pontiac show, I asked her if she still had her famous 72 Hurst/Olds (she always said that car was her favorite). Linda was at our all pontiac show "the indian Uprising" this summer. I asked her to take some shots with my 9 month old son Christopher. Without dad,s guidance he made a move.
The apple doesn't fall......... Great lady! Help Bruce file is too big

Have had the pleasure of meeting Linda on several occasions, the first being at the York show. I had on a Dick Harrell t-shirt and when she saw that, she asked if I was the one showing the DH funnycar, and invited me to sit down in the chair next to her. I had always heard she and Dick were good friends, which is apparently true, judging by the tone in her voice as she spoke about Dick. Linda told me she was in Canada the weekend Dick was killed.

She is still doing stuff with the Hurst/ Olds group. She was at the Hurst/ Olds national meet this last year. My friends have had several things signed by her for me, but I have yet to chat with the lady herself! I have one more thing that I want her to sign, I have 'Doc' Watson's signature on the underside of my trunklid, I want Linda's on the opposite side. If you can get Linda to the reunion, I will make certain that my buddy with his '69 H/O convertable will be there!
