Bill Weiman (sp) 's buddy. Charlie may have more scoop./

And for running up the bid on the Futureliner. I was sitting in the front row, next to me were the sellers and 6 seats down was the guy with shaved head. He played on a lot of cars. and bought a few nice ones.
Bidding was definately a cluster F**k on that piece.

Steve, that is really cool that Ron is going to have his collection in one place for others to see. Turn it in to a business and let the IRS help, not that he needs it!! I would like to see it.

BTW I still think your the man even though you are rooting against the Steelers, LOL.

I just picked up the March 06 issue of Muscle Car Enthusiast.
In it they showcase a St. Petersburg,Fla. car collector named Todd Werner.
He has acquired more then 60 various cars in 3 years with room to spare. One of them,a 1966 Hemi satelite convert.,he states he will sell at Scottsdale come January.
He states he is seeking more specific cars for his collection.
He mentions he favors Nostalgic Race cars,in particular Mopars & Chevies,w/a slant on Chevelles.
Shave off the Gotee and to me this looks like the same Bidder who won the Ray Allen/Briggs/Truppi-Kling LS-6 Convert.,among others @ B-J Scottsdale.

Bruce, it was nice to finally meet you as well. i wish we would have had more time. It gets pretty busy out there, but always have time for that breakfast and those cars. I have been fortunate to have been friends with him while he has built one of the best collections in the world.
Next time i am going to try to hook up with more enthusiasts from this site.

JOHN
