could my old car be the one terrygunterz16 used to own??? [/ QUOTE ] Very possible, Terry has owned 9(!) of 'em. But the Popular Hot Rodding mag car (Terry owned it, too) was never apart and still sports it's orig interior and a repaint. It recently sold at a record price for a regular production Z16. The previous high was $292k.... Dave |

...found some old pics of my Z16...
Sure wish I could say that!!! ![]() .......... ...was it all glass or a stock hood with scoop molded in?... I'd put my money on mod/stock as wouldn't you think most guys would skip the individual CHEVROLET letters across the front on a glass replacement...or left them on the stock hood if changed as it would probably have been Ok?. .......... I remember seeing an old 'Hot Rod' mag picture...pretty sure it was Z16 on a hoist showing the aftermarket rear axle cover that looks like a big flared turbo pipe outlet? . Anyone remember this photo or have a pic of one of these covers...what were they called and who made 'em? ![]() ~ Pete ![]()
