No post all you want. I was just mentioning that Lillard sucks is all.

Don't mess with old farts - age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill! Bullshit and brilliance only come with age and experience.

HA HA HA HA AHA! Well, let's get him really going. I think most of the Yenko Nova crowd can identify that original color on my project can't you? Yep that's right, it's Gobi Beige. YUK! With original (gold) cloth interior to boot. Double YUK! I thought about restoring it to it's original colors and then shook my head and said NAH!

I picked the thing up for a few bucks and I knew Nova's aren't getting any cheaper or easier to find. So I figured I'd have some more fun!

If that's your idea of fun - stop by - I've got a couple of projects behind the garage you can have a ball with!!

Keep the shots coming - love to see the build ups and then finished product!

When you get that car done, you will have indeed earned your stripes. I went through most of what you have doing our '72 Lemans Sport. I'm just starting the body on our '69 that I bought new. After this car I don't want to see any more projects. Getting too old I guess. Nice to see the young lads getting into the old cars too.

Oh, yeah? What do you have? ha ha If you would see what I have done to that car, you wouldn't beleive it. Wait, that's right, you are the "Professor of Media Archives". I'm sure you have some pictures.

Thanks for the vote of confidence! I haven't shaking this "disease" yet. If it were just a strip and repaint, it might be too boring for me. That's just how I am. I need a challenge. I love learning the "art" of restoration. I wish the Supercar Workshop would post more pics of what they do because that is the kind of stuff the interests me. I have the utmost respect for what they can do!

A suggestion. FWIW. Replace the qtr all the way up to the original lead line. It takes a little more time, but is well worth the effort in the end. JMHO.

These were the 80% quarters. I bought them before they had the repops with the full sail panel. Trust me, I found out on a 71 chevelle how nice a job it becomes with the full sail panel.
