If you're looking for the best cheesesteak in Philly...IMHO it's at Jim's on South Street. I recommend "extra whiz wit" and throw on some "dried hots" for some kick.

Carlisle begins...
Ok, I'm here. Sammy picked me up and we went directly to Geno's for a Cheese Steak. Awesome. Then we drove around downtown a bit and end up spending some time with GTO_DON at his shop. Off to a great start. Will be posting pictures when I get back.
