I found a shop this morning in Calgary that does it , and I have a 69 Camaro, 30,000 miles and likely 30 years of chainsaw oil sprayed all over the undercarriage for rust proofing with mint floor pans underneath….
The guy says he’s done over 100 cars here so far…
Can’t wait to see the results.

Charley, when dry icing undercoating, does it all completely fall off the car by itself,or do you have to go over it with a tool to get the remaining off?
Can you also show us pics off the garage floor, underneath the car where it all lands?
I've got a car here with about a good solid inch of undercoating,or more.

It all falls off. I'll get Gary to take a pic of the floor when it's a mess.

I should have had them do the underside of mine too.

No undercoating on my car Ryan. Just rust.

Please tell me this costs a couple grand so I feel better about the hours and hours under mine with a heat gun, plastic scraper, and solvent. When you use the heat gun/scraper method, it just falls off to - in your face

wow, thats pretty impressive on that blue Camaro. My 69 Z would be a great candidate for this process.

Yes it will cost a couple thousand. I think the going rate is 250.00-300.00 per hour. You won't know the final cost as some jobs are easier than others. Gary is expanding his business to make the blasting part of it a full time addition. I think his restoration side of the business is booked out for years but he should be able to handle new customers that need blasting work done.
