strap her to a lightweight pallet and build a cardboard box to cover it Ins it well and ship with these dudes..probably about 75 bucks. http://www.forwardair.com/

Take it apart,and have it shipped in seperate UPS increments.
Or have Bill P. bring it back for you when he returns from Az.
